Concluding Summary on CARE-HHH-ABI network workshops

At the creation of the CARE-HHH network in the year 2003 and during the six years of its existence the situation on beam instrumentation for HHH activities was: The LHC instrumentation was fully developed and was under construction or commissioning. The FAIR beam instrumentation encloses a large number of different instruments, but apart from the very high dynamic range in beam intensities no specific R&D is needed for this project. Other projects like Linac4 at CERN or project X at FNAL do not need instruments beyond the present state of the art. In conclusion the network was constructed as information platform on very specific subjects of HHH beam instrumentation and as platform for training of young people.
